Update 1.41.0 is live!

While on the surface this may seem like a small update, we’ve had a complete overhaul of our invoice mapping tool.

As usual you will be prompted to download the newest update through your EzyEntry desktop application.

  • Invoice mapping tool rework
    • Individual line information broken down and displayed in the preview tab.
    • Define boxes are now displayed across the entire uploaded invoice.
    • User can now move and adjust individual line boxes to parse new information.
    • Move all column fields setting added – This option allows users to move and adjust all lines of the same invoice field together in relation to its own line, by moving the first invoice line.
    • Individual line information broken down and displayed in the preview tab.
  • Improved ignoring of Packing List pages
  • Improved splitting documents by form types
  • Improve Invoice parsing from 2nd page onwards
  • Added additional CIV mapping settings
  • Added additional special field for invoice mapping that exclude text only on specific pages
  • Improved Invoices parsing
  • Added Document EDI registration service
  • Added CIV mapping settings for remove brackets from all invoice fields
  • Added CIV mapping settings for only get data between brackets for all invoice fields
  • Improved ignoring of declaration pages
  • Fixed an issue when invoice parsing includes not just the invoice page/s that were split
  • Fixed Invoice rework parsing issues
  • Fixed “Move all Column Fields” functionality for multi page invoices
  • Fixed Creditors Invoice registering service
  • Automatically combined CSV Files “Per Supplier” into 1 CSV file for multiple invoices in same EE job

The focus of this update was to improve the user experience and accessibility of our invoice mapping tool.

By breaking down the invoice to the individual lines the user gains greater visibility on exactly what information is being scraped. It also gives our users much more freedom in acquiring the exact data they need.

A new tutorial video and an updated user manual to reflect the changes in this update will be released soon.
