EzyEntry made its debut back at the start of 2020 however growth was stunted by the impact of COVID-19. Instead, we took this time to invest in stripping back and building our program back up using new, cutting edge technology to produce a product that is unique and first of its kind in the industry.
What’s New?
Our branding has had a complete overhaul to better reflect the company and its values. Whilst keeping some of the original ideas, we wanted to create something that was integrated and evolutionary to reflect our business and feel we have done this justice. Our updated look mirrors our commitment to provide an innovative and leading-edge service.
Our website has had a major revamp from start to finish to provide rich, new content to better represent who we are as a business. Its development has evolved with only the client in mind to ensure it compliments the ease of use of the program itself.
Using our updated desktop application, you are now able to input multiple jobs simultaneously, as well as output these into the service of your choice. Included is an editing service that grants you access to your documents uploaded into EzyEntry prior to outputting to the service.
Our new website user interface (UI) has the capability to completely transform your EzyEntry experience and bring your workplace into the future.
You now have access to your account services via your user dashboard which include but not limited to:
- Cost breakdown of each job
- All documents that have been uploaded; including those that did not input correctly
- Billing history
- Previous jobs
Its versatile design allows you complete control of your usage.
This is a Game Changer!
Our developers have been working hard to ensure that you are able to use our program with as much ease as possible. That is why we have added: automatic email Scrapping, operator names per desktop application, job reference numbers and updated document processing to support more file types.
We have also added a new CSV file service, this allows you to map and convert your commercial invoices into CSV files for direct uploading to your 3Rd party software.
And FINALLY, after many requests, EzyEntry now has new OCR capabilities. Scanned documents can now be uploaded, mapped, and output with EzyEntry. We know this is what you have all been waiting for!
