What is EzyEntry?

Established in 2018, EzyEntry was designed and created from the ground up, by two data compilers working in the Australian freight industry.

After dealing with manual data entry every day ourselves, we knew exactly what needed to change, how to do it and how it would best compliment the companies that needed it.

What we created was a proprietary software that companies can use themselves in-house. That with the click of a button, completely automates the data entry process.

So how does it work?

EzyEntry is a SAAS (Software As A Service). A program that runs via a simple desktop application that is connected to our cloud servers.

Our users’ documents can be automatically uploaded into our application. Data is scanned, extracted, formatted, and can automatically output directly to our clients chosen location.

Data extraction is executed via various proprietary solutions, making sure our customers documents are scraped as accurately as possible.

Our users also have full access to a data tool that allows them to view their documents via their EzyEntry dashboard. This is so they can verify the correct data has been collected.

But the best part? With EzyEntry, users can make real time adjustments to data locations in the documents. Making sure that next time that document comes through, it will be scraped exactly how they want it.

Users can also track all their EzyEntry uses, data and adjustments via their EzyEntry account. That gives them a live update on how they are using our software, how much its costing them and exactly who is using it.

Why is it beneficial?

It’s Fast. Job for job EzyEntry is 120x faster than a manual compiler.
